What is marine collagen?
Collagen is a protein found throughout the body, including in skin, bones and connective tissue. Marine collagen comes from fish, usually the skin or scales, and is a common alternative for people who prefer not to take collagen from beef or pork.
From jelly to tablets

How to take it
- Follow the directions on the label. One serving is three tablets a day.
- Do not exceed the stated daily amount.
- Contains fish. Do not take it if you are allergic to fish.

- Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of children.
