Orders
- Your order is confirmed once payment is received. We will email you at each step.
- Products are subject to availability. Items in your bag are not reserved; stock is held only after you place your order (12 hours for bank transfer, 15 minutes for card payments).
- If a product becomes unavailable after you pay, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.
- We may refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or a delivery address outside our delivery area.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Mauritian rupees (Rs) and include everything except delivery, which is shown before you pay. Tidal Warden Ltd is not registered for VAT.
- Payment methods and conditions are described on our Payments page.
- Discount codes must be used before the order is placed and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Delivery
We deliver across the island of Mauritius only. Delivery times and fees are described on our Delivery page. Please make sure your contact details and address are correct.
