This policy explains how Tidal Warden Ltd ("Stellar", "we") handles your personal data when you use this website, in line with the Data Protection Act 2017 of Mauritius.

What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and directions, the products you order and payment status.
- Account details (optional): if you create an account, your password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form), saved addresses and order history.
- Payment information: bank transfer references. Card payments are handled entirely by the bank's Mastercard Payment Gateway; we never receive or store your card number or security code.
- Technical data: your IP address and basic security logs (for example login attempts), used to protect the website.
- Analytics (only with your consent): anonymous information about how the website is used, through Google Analytics.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders, and to send you order emails.
- To manage your account if you create one.
- To keep the website secure and prevent fraud.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
- With your consent, to understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the shop — for example our web hosting and email provider, the bank's payment gateway, and the people who deliver your order — and only as needed.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:

How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as required by law (typically 7 years). Unused bags are deleted after 30 days. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by contacting us. You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Office of Mauritius.
