Delivery
Where we deliver
We deliver across the island of Mauritius. At the moment we do not deliver to Rodrigues, Agaléga or the outer islands.
Delivery fee
A flat fee of Rs 200 per order, wherever you are on the island. The fee is shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay. Delivery is free on orders of Rs 5,000 or more.
How long it takes
Orders are usually delivered within 1–3 working days after your payment is received (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Card payments (when available) are confirmed instantly.
- Bank transfers are confirmed once the money reaches our account. Please use your order number as the payment reference so we can match it quickly.
Arranging your delivery
When your order is ready, we contact you on the phone number you gave at checkout to arrange a convenient time. Please add any helpful delivery directions at checkout — house colour, landmark or gate instructions.
If nobody is available, we will call or message you to arrange another time.
Tracking your order
You receive an email when your order is received, when payment is confirmed and when it is ready for delivery. If you created an account, you can also follow your orders under My account.
