Noble Nature Iron & Folic Acid combines 45 mg of iron and 1000 mcg of folic acid in a single daily vegetarian tablet, together with vitamin C, zinc, copper, vitamin B12 and spinach leaf extract.

Iron is a mineral the body uses to make haemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen. Folic acid, also known as vitamin B9, is a water-soluble B vitamin.

One bottle holds 120 tablets — a four-month supply at one tablet a day.
